Michael Morales is a seasoned sales and operations professional who has accomplished many things in his personal life and business. We are thrilled he has joined our team as Sr. Operations Manager.
Most recently, at Anago Cleaning of Colorado, Michael played a key role in driving year-over-year revenue growth through a multifaceted approach that included expanding franchise territories, supporting new franchise development, and increasing client acquisition across Colorado. He also improved attrition rates and successfully led the implementation and execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support long-term operational efficiency and franchise success.
