Her 20+ years in the industry and experience with the organization, seamless coordination, building relationships, and focus have contributed to the company’s success and the expansion of the services the company provides.

Founder

Mike Treat’s extensive 35-year career in the janitorial industry highlights his profound leadership, characterized by a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to ethical training that has cultivated a dedicated workforce and high customer retention. Vice President

As Vice President, Moises brings a galvanizing skill set to the company. He is a leader who empowers employees, is extraordinarily skilled in problem solving, leadership, and has exceptional organizational skills. He manages building-specific personnel, reporting, resolutions, and troubleshooting. Moises orchestrates workflow, productivity, operational oversight, and tactical planning compliance. He effectively communicates with property and facility managers and leads employee training and evaluation for building personnel.
