About the Role
We are looking for a skilled restoration technician to join our team. We are looking for someone that is knowledgeable in the start to finish process of water restoration. The selected individual must be reliable and possess great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Perform Water and Mold restoration for commercial buildings
Other duties as assigned
Operate routinely used tools and equipment such as truck mounts
Moisture Readings
Maintain good records for billing purposes
Mold Experience
Setting up containment, decontaminating, monitoring remediation equipment
Drywall demo and rebuild
Provide updates to manager on a daily basis
Turn in paperwork daily when returning to office
Skills:
Valid and Clean driver's license required
IICRC Certification is a plus
Ability to exhibit a high attention to detail ensuring the highest quality of workmanship throughout restoration projects
Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner
Follow established safety rules and regulations
Ability to provide company management with timely and accurate information related to the progress and status of projects
Ability to operate efficiently with minimum supervision
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
