About the Role
We are seeking a professional Maintenance Technician that is experienced in many facets of maintenance duties requested. The ideal candidate will perform semi-skilled maintenance tasks in order to eliminate wear & tear, respond to emergency maintenance requests and other maintenance duties for our portfolio of clients.
Some responsibilities include:
- Perform general handyman work as needed
- Painting - indoor and outdoor
- Carpeting / Flooring - installation and upkeep
- Construction cleanup
- Restoration cleanup
- Schedule and perform a routine preventative task list
- Provide the highest degree of customer service when working with vendors, residents and staff
